Neuruh | Final Convergence Codex v1.0 | P1.1 Tracker
P1.1 Tracker: ccT18 to ccT26
A working tracker for the P1.1 promotion checklist. Check each worker, attach evidence and receipts, and do not claim a step is done until its evidence is on record.
Source status, as stated in the source: INTEGRATED WITH NAMED BLOCKERS. FINAL DELTA AUDIT REQUIRED. This page is the promotion process, not proof it ran.
Complete means status is Done AND the evidence / receipt field is filled in. A Done status with no evidence does not count. That rule follows the source provenance invariant: a receipt mentioned by another artifact is not the same as a receipt currently located, hashed, and reconciled to the exact source commit.
Missing fields
All 9 workers are incomplete.
Run header
Source claim: no workers launch until the ccT18 six artifacts exist and GO_NO_GO.md names the allowed lanes. If GO_NO_GO.md does not exist, ccT18 is not done.
Sample loaders
Each loader fills the tracker with a labelled example. Loading a sample replaces current entries.
Share link
Share encodes the current tracker state in the URL hash. Anyone opening the link sees the same entries. No data is sent to a server by this page.
The checklist: ccT18 to ccT26
Source claim, not a verified fact: the Codex status is INTEGRATED WITH NAMED BLOCKERS and a FINAL DELTA AUDIT is still required. Nothing on this page re-verifies private repo state, commit positions, or live deployments.
ccT18
Delta audit: re-run the corrected full delta audit
Not started
Re-run the corrected ccT18 full delta audit from Section 11 of the Codex. No workers launch until its six artifacts exist and GO_NO_GO.md names the allowed lanes.
Gate: six artifacts exist, GO_NO_GO.md names the allowed lanes. Until then, ccT19 to ccT26 stay Not started.
Source claim: ccT18 was not executed at the time of the source analysis, and the first response repeated the AXON holding report. This tracker does not change that claim.
ccT19
LandOS worker
Not started
LandOS promotion worker. LandOS is the land and zoning organ in the source. Migration 038 is LandOS field_observation_evidence, candidate 4f4a14c, 506 tests, unapplied in the source.
Gate: Migration 038 is never bundled with Migration 084. Sequential promotion only, never parallel promotion of the same domain.
Source claim: Migration 038, candidate 4f4a14c, 506 tests, unapplied. Verify current state before relying on it.
ccT20
AEGIS / IAR worker: convergence proof
Not started
AEGIS / IAR promotion worker. IAR candidates ff5fb89 and 8ab0c59 need convergence proof before promotion.
Gate: convergence proof on record for both candidates before promotion. No proof, no promotion.
ccT21
AXON / Cockpit worker
Not started
AXON / Cockpit promotion worker. AXON final 56b4f54 is clean, compiled, unpushed, 7 commits ahead in the source. Live AXON was last reported as p1-activation at 9ae3105. Launcher neuruh-up.command can resurrect p1-activation.
Gate: verify before claiming live. Do not present the unpushed final as the live state.
Source claim: AXON final 56b4f54, clean, compiled, unpushed, 7 commits ahead; live AXON last reported p1-activation at 9ae3105. Verify current state before relying on it.
ccT22
Memory worker: ruling first
Not started
Memory worker. It runs only after Jeramie accepts or edits the memory ruling. The ruling in the source is an operator decision, still open in the source: delete the exact 18 PII Qdrant points, retro-ratify the 1,341 out-of-phase points, repair the 311 missing only after manifest freeze, defer AnythingLLM parity.
Gate: Jeramie accepts or edits the ruling. No ruling, no ccT22 run.
Source claim: the memory ruling was still open in the source. The counts 18, 1,341, and 311 are source claims, not re-verified here. Use the memory calculator below for the totals.
ccT23
CRM worker: lake-blue check
Not started
CRM lake-blue worker. CRM main at c35c9de is the verified Mineral / sage / copper design. Lake-blue was never committed.
Gate: do not present lake-blue as live. Present only what main at c35c9de contains.
Source claim: CRM main at c35c9de equals origin/main with the Mineral/sage/copper design; lake-blue was never committed. Verify current state before relying on it.
ccT24
CRM worker: white-label
Not started
CRM white-label worker. Migration 084 is CRM white-label tenant_config, branch feat/white-label-modular-search at e1bde5e, unapplied in the source. Never bundle it with Migration 038. Never merge retired Migration 080, commit 1145b68.
Gate: Migration 084 stays separate from Migration 038. Migration 080 stays retired and unmerged.
Source claim: Migration 084, branch feat/white-label-modular-search at e1bde5e, unapplied; retired Migration 080 at 1145b68. Verify current state before relying on it.
ccT25
Promotion Commander
Not started
Promotion Commander. Sequential promotion, never parallel promotion of the same domain. Preserve dirty trees. One writer per domain. Exact SHA verification before any promotion.
Gate: every promotion in this run passed exact SHA verification, with one writer per domain.
ccT26
Live Swap: gated
Not started
Live Swap. Gated behind full main promotion, launcher path correction, and two independent reboot cycles proving provenance continuity.
Gate: full main promotion done, launcher path corrected, and two independent reboot cycles proving provenance continuity. All three, or no swap.
Promotion rules that apply to every worker
These four rules are Part A items 2, 3, 9, and 10 in the source. They are not extra checklist items. They constrain how ccT18 to ccT26 run.
Rule
Text
Dirty trees and writers
Preserve dirty trees. One writer per domain. Exact SHA verification before any promotion. Sequential promotion, never parallel promotion of the same domain.
Design vs schema lanes
Separate design vs schema lanes. Never bundle Migration 038 with Migration 084. Never merge retired Migration 080 (commit 1145b68).
Worker prompts
Every worker prompt ends with a hard stop and a defined set of receipts. No worker runs open-ended.
Provenance invariant
A receipt mentioned by another artifact is not the same as a receipt currently located, hashed, and reconciled to the exact source commit. Verify the hash, or mark UNKNOWN.
Ports on record from the source: 3000, 3010, 4789, 6333, 8090, 8300, 8400, 8788, 8848, 8910. Source claim only. Verify current use before relying on any of them.
Calculators
Calculator 1: Memory ruling totals
Source counts: 18 PII points to delete, 1,341 out-of-phase points to retro-ratify, 311 missing points to repair only after manifest freeze.
Source bounds: 3 warm nudges, 2 cold nudges, none after decline or stop, ever.
Warm remaining: 3 | Cold remaining: 2
Within bounds.
Calculator 3: Outreach hours check (Detroit)
Source window: 07:00 to 22:00 Detroit. Check a planned send time before sending.
Not checked yet.
Outreach governance: Part B
Eight rules from Part B of the source. They apply to every recipe, every engine, and every outreach draft, including underwriting engine outputs. This section has its own count and does not change the ccT18 to ccT26 completeness meter above.
Outreach checks complete: 0% (0 of 8)
Never use grief, confusion, incapacity, or financial distress as the pitch. The offer is a service (Scan, Dossier, free 10-minute call), not a rescue.
No names, addresses, parcel IDs, or case details in public copy, social posts, or demos.
Verify estate, human, deceased-owner, or publicly documented case state. Do not contact a person as the owner when the record shows an estate.
Underwriting engine outputs MAO as an internal number. The seller-facing number is his call.
Unchecked phones are callable with a visible warning, per his standing rule. That rule does not override a do-not-contact list entry or a prior decline. None after decline or stop, ever.
Never retained, never transferred, never in a receipt.
Recipe, lead, evidence, and receipt ID. No source, no send.
Warm replies use the soft pitch (Scan / Dossier / free call). Nudge bounds: 3 warm, 2 cold, none after decline or stop. Hours 07:00 to 22:00 Detroit.
Figure 1. Promotion sequence. ccT18 gates everything. ccT19 to ccT24 run sequentially by domain. ccT25 commands promotion. ccT26 swaps live only after its three gates pass.Figure 2. Memory ruling counts from the source. Delete 18, retro-ratify 1,341, repair 311, total 1,670. Repair waits for manifest freeze. AnythingLLM parity is deferred.Figure 3. Live swap gates for ccT26. All three must pass. Two independent reboot cycles must prove provenance continuity.
Try it: walkthrough
Click Sample A: Blocked start. Note ccT18 is In progress with 0 of 6 artifacts, and the meter reads 0%.
On ccT18, set the artifact count to 6, set status to Done, and type an evidence entry such as GO_NO_GO.md lanes listed, six artifacts hashed. Watch the meter move to 11% (1 of 9).
Click Sample B: Mid-promotion. Check ccT20: it is Blocked because IAR convergence proof is missing. Read its gate before touching ccT25.
Change any Done item back to In progress, or clear its evidence field. The meter drops, and the missing-fields list names the item again.
Open Calculator 1 and change the repair count to 0. The total drops to 1359. Restore it to 311 to return to 1670.
Open Calculator 2, set warm used to 3. Warm remaining reads 0. Set it to 4 and the warning flags the overrun.
Click Generate share link, then Copy share link. Open the link in a new tab: the same entries load from the URL hash.
Click Sample C: Live swap review. ccT26 is Blocked at 0 of 2 reboot cycles. Do not mark it Done until both cycles are on record.
How it works
Each of the 9 workers has a status, an evidence or receipt field, a SHA field, and notes. The completeness meter counts a worker only when its status is Done and its evidence field is not empty. The missing-fields list names every worker that fails either test, and says which test failed. Outreach Part B is tracked separately with 8 checkboxes. The memory calculator adds the three source counts and shows each share. The nudge calculator subtracts used nudges from the 3 warm and 2 cold bounds. The hours checker tests a planned time against 07:00 to 22:00 Detroit. The share link encodes the whole state, including run header, statuses, evidence, SHAs, notes, outreach checks, and calculator inputs, as base64 JSON in the URL hash (#d=). Loading a link with that hash restores the state. Nothing is sent to a server by this page; state lives in the URL and in the browser only.
What this is not
Not proof that ccT18 ran, that any migration applied, or that any commit is live. It records claims and evidence; it does not verify repos, hashes, or deployments.
Not a deployment tool. It does not run workers, apply migrations, delete Qdrant points, or perform a live swap.
Not a legal review. The outreach rules are governance from the source, not legal advice.
Not a CRM or a lead list. No owner or property information belongs in this tracker.
Honest gaps
ccT18 was not executed in the source. This tracker cannot close that gap; only a real audit run can.
All commit SHAs, migration states, test counts, port uses, and AXON / CRM positions are source claims from July and November 2026 documents. None were re-verified against live repos or deployments while building this page.
The memory ruling was still open in the source. Until Jeramie accepts or edits it, ccT22 cannot honestly move to Done.
The six ccT18 artifacts are named as a count only in the condensed source. Their exact filenames are not listed in the source files used here, so this tracker does not invent them.
Layout was not eyeballed in a real browser. Structure, controls, and math were tested in jsdom; visual layout was not.
Share links carry state in the URL. Do not put owner PII, voter-file data, or credentials in any evidence field, and do not share a link that contains them.
